Review is where a third party decides whether evidence supports claims. The standard is evidence, not certificates.
Reviewer workflow
- Open DecisionPack.pdf for decision context and scope.
- Check manifest and hashes when they are present in the pack.
- Verify with the viewer or CLI and inspect verify JSON output.
- Review the claim-to-evidence matrix and unresolved gaps.
PASS and FAIL signals
PASS: integrity and schema checks hold, expected files are present, and claims map to inspectable evidence.
FAIL: hashes mismatch, required files are missing, or claims do not resolve to supporting artifacts.
Evidence, not certificates
A pass means the submitted evidence pack is internally consistent and reviewer-ready for this scope. It does not issue compliance certification.
