Civitas Readiness helps determine what must be true inside a selected governed frame. It does not make the final legal, regulatory, safety, professional, permitting, investment or organizational decision.

No universal coverage

Domain Packs are bounded implementations. The AI agent authority, infrastructure and product-evidence proofs demonstrate architecture across domains; they do not cover every regulation, jurisdiction or use case.

Evidence and integrity

Evidence references can support an assessment while remaining incomplete, stale, conflicting or uncertain. Bundle integrity verification shows whether preserved material changed, not whether every underlying claim is true.

Human review

Explicit human DecisionRecords preserve accountable governance boundaries. Services can support mapping and review, but do not replace the responsible customer's, adviser’s or public authority's judgment.
