Public material explains Civitas Readiness and product-adjacent services at a general level. It is not an offer to complete an unbounded workflow and does not create an engagement without written scope confirmation.

Readiness outputs

READY, BLOCKED, UNKNOWN and REVIEW_REQUIRED are software outcomes tied to the selected Subject, Scope, Requirement or Domain Pack, evaluation context and governed state. Dossiers and Bundles preserve that bounded context.

A Dossier or Bundle is not a legal opinion, regulatory approval, safety certificate, audit opinion or guarantee of acceptance. Integrity verification detects changes; it does not prove underlying truth or sufficiency.

Controlled software access

The current Windows distribution is supplied only after manual qualification. It is not Authenticode-signed and Windows may show Unknown Publisher or SmartScreen warnings. Recipients must follow their own organizational security policy and must not disable platform protections at Civitas's request.

Commercial scope

Starting prices remain subject to written scope confirmation. Team, professional, enterprise, integration and complex domain work are quoted separately. Public checkout is not active.
